Travelodge London Acton

"Not London" but suited my needs!

I hung out with some locals one night and they sort of scoffed that I wasn't staying in central London but to be honest with so much to see spread out over such a large area how could I choose where to stay? So I chose by price and location combined and it worked perfectly.

Everywhere I wanted to go (Heathrow Airport, London Euston Station, the Broad Street Pump, and Watford Junction) was 30-45 minutes away from this hotel by public transit. The underground was located just around the corner from the hotel and it was a safe and easy walk at any hour of the day. There is also a bus stop just beyond the hotel entrance.

There are two grocery stores nearby as well as a pub on the corner. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel but it was offered. I paid for wifi ahead of time and had no issues with signal or anything and was able to watch movies on my laptop without a problem. My room was on the second floor, there is an elevator. Everything was appropriately clean and there was plenty of space in the room. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, kind, and helpful.

Overall for the price and location were exactly what I was looking for and Travelodge London Acton met all of my expectations, I would definitely stay here again.
