The Cobblestone
For me, this pub felt like home. It felt like somewhere I should be. It made me want to move to Ireland. The owner was behind the bar pouring pints, the Guinness was delicious, the music was FANTASTIC. It was a pleasing mix of tourists and locals and I would go back any night of the week. The pub was recommended to us at the end of our musical pub crawl and I am so glad we went. The musicians may or may not even know each other but they come and drink and play together and you tap your foot right along.
We left gram's wheelchair right in the corridor and it was not disturbed. There is no cover charge and the prices are reasonable, unlike those in the temple bar area.
