Almanii Bed & Breakfast

Wonderful Stay

Mary was out during our visit but her sister, Catherine, was a very welcoming hostess. She had two dogs but was very polite about them and only let them around after she discovered that we are dog lovers. We ordered our breakfast from a menu in the evening and it was prepared at the time we requested the following morning. It was always delicious & Catherine was very accommodating if there was anything we needed. We got the front room with the bay window, it was wheelchair accessible but a tight squeeze into the door of the room because of the way the furniture is arranged. Other than that the room was very comfortable and clean. We had no problems at all, the bus stop was very close and we were able to get right into the city. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Dear RedRun11
I will be sure to pass your wonderful compliments to my sister Catherine. We have taken your comment on board with regard to wheelchair access to our downstairs room, thanks for bring it to our attention. Not many B&B's have downstairs rooms and many guests like not having to climb stairs so if we can improve anything at all, we will do our best. Lovely to hear you found the bus journey to city very convenient, it is a fantastic service and very frequent , we are lucky to have it on our doorstep.
Thanks again
Mary
