Home Sweet Home
It is bittersweet to be home. I missed my family and friends and my pups but I love Europe and can’t wait to go back.
The plane ride was a bit turbulent but otherwise very comfortable, I slept, read, and ate in the 7.5 hour flight. We were able to see Greenland from the plane, it was gorgeous.
I had thought we were landing at 1020 but it ended up being 1050-ish and by the time I got through customs and grabbed my luggage and got to the tram, which didn’t leave for another 11 minutes, it was 1129 and with a 25 minute ride to union station I was going to be lucky to make my 1215 train,
And lucky I was, 3 minutes to spare! After the 4 hour and 15 minute train ride mom, John, and gram picked me up, we sailed through the border, and got dinner at Mexican town! Yum. Then I went to dad & Lisa’s to pick up my little nuggets.
Finally we got home, I unpacked the essentials only and gave them their BarkBox. Doctor tomorrow at 11am for my pinky!
What a trip. I’m so thankful to everyone I met along the way, people that helped me along the way, my good friends Erica and Marko for nit only hosting me but treating me, and everybody back home that watched the pups, collected mail, washed my dishes, etc. I love you all and I love life and I love to travel!!!
